Low Energy Neurofeedback (LENS) is a faster and more user-friendly neurofeedback method than traditional neurofeedback. It requires no effort or learning from the client, making it suitable for those who can’t sit still. Sessions typically last 3-4 minutes, ideal for individuals unable to focus on a computer screen for extended periods.
We utilize sensors applied to the scalp to capture brainwave activity, which is then processed using our computer software to extract data regarding the client’s brainwave frequencies. This information is subsequently conveyed back to the client’s scalp via the sensors. The brain is then able to utilize that information to rewire the dysfunction and decrease symptoms.
